Self-portrait in Color
• Write a reflection of at least 200 words about your process for both gray and color. What did you learn in the process? How did your color work improve? What creative element did you introduce to the color work? the start of the project it was starting off all wonky and weird because it was still new to me as we started to work on it more i learned it thought it even if it took long.It was an okay process to work with as it was really time consuming and my color work improved alot even if looked similar it was okay not alot of improvement but it was something as i added nice creative element of colors and outlines thought my work and its process!

i love how they use the sun and moon to show subtraction
ReplyDeletei like how you have equal amount of positive and negative space
ReplyDeleteI like subtraction because it is like a ying yang
ReplyDeleteI really like union because it represents cats! The only thing I would improve is overlapping because there's a some pencil sketch lines still on the drawing <3
ReplyDeletei like subtraction cause it looks the most creative and clean like it took time
ReplyDeletei dis like overlapping cause it looks messy and like alot going on
one thing that could be improved about the union drawings is to use up the unoccupied space. This could be improved by either drawing more shapes in the back or coloring the background. One drawing that i like about the subtraction is how it uses colors. It reminds me of the yin-yang.
ReplyDeleteI like Intersection and how abstract it and I feel like you also did a good job on the other images as well as they all look good. One thing that could be improved a bit is the neatness with the sharpie but overall I think they all look nice.
